Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Toolkit

Comprehensive FRCP compliance toolkit

Ignorance is no longer bliss when it comes to non-adherence to the recent amendments to the FRCP – the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
The price of inadequate preparation can be almost limitless in financial, legal and business operating terms.
The best solution is to purchase a toolkit that that will give all the information required as well as the essential FRCP templates to set your organization on the road to conforming with the new e-Discovery requirements.

“This toolkit is a wise investment” Storeage Magazine Nov 2007

The comprehensive FRCP compliance toolkit includes the following features:

  • A full description of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the crucial recent changes to it.
  • Explores the implications of these changes for your enterprise (with a focus on IT).
  • Lays out a framework for identifying, assessing and then addressing the risks associated with the facilitation of E-Discovery requests under the new regulations.
  • Provides all templates that you will require to put the FRCP framework into place.

This Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Toolkit facilitates the development of your organization’s framework for compliance with the new E-Discovery requirements.

  • In a survey by corporate attorneys Pike and Fischer, only 7% of organizations were identified as being prepared to meet the amended Federal Rules of Civil Procedure requirements on E-Discovery.
  • In companies with more than 20,000 employees, over 91% have been involved in an electronic discovery incident in the last year.
  • The pitfalls involved with non-compliance to the recent amendments of FRCP are severe in terms financial, legal, and to the overall operations of the organization.
